4. Cancellation and Termination

Client Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees and past subscription payments are non-refundable.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon Termination: Your website will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After this period, website content and files may be permanently deleted unless other arrangements are made.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to content, images, text, and materials you provide to us ("Client Content"). You grant us a license to use Client Content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

Our Work Product: Upon full payment of all fees, you will own the final website design and custom code created specifically for your project. However, we retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and reusable code components.

Third-Party Assets: Some website elements may include third-party plugins, fonts, images, or code licensed from other sources. These remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to our requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the legal right to use all content you provide
• Use the website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
